Secretary Report (Mary Price): Meeting
minutes from January TDC meeting was approved.
Treasurer’s Report (Anita Williams):
Anita presented the 2010
budget and it was approved. $1500.00 in
bank as of Feb. 2010.
Vice President (Michelle Galvan):
Fundraising Events:
Michelle passed out the
Entertainment Books fundraiser packet.
We will get $300 in prize money to spend on the boys and that will be
given to us from the Entertainment Book Company. We are shooting for 6 books per player which
could equal around $16,000 dollars raised.
We need to roll out the Entertainment
Book fundraiser 2nd week of August prior to school starting. This will help in assuring that our players
get the books out in the community first.
Working on getting RAM cards
for a fundraiser as well for youth.
Discussed cost on the
benches. We talked about making them
$2000 this year (were $1000 last year) and including a parking pass and two
seats.
President (Linda Watzig):
All board members elected in
for 2010.
Martha Beiker from Funtime
Photography will be the main photographer for CHS football. Other photographers are welcome to come and
take pictures for the benefit of the players parents to purchase but will have
to contact Jeff Erdman for approval to be down on the field sidelines.
Coaches Update (Joe
Bushman):
2010 football calendars were passed out at meeting.
CAVS camp could be moved from 8/16-19 to 8/18/8/20
Conversation came up regarding Jamboree for all levels on August 28th. Need to confirm if that is what will be happening. That would include doing pictures as well on that day.

held March 9, 2010 in the CHS Library at 7:00 p.m.
